What is Virgin hair? 

Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. All hair can be bleached, dyed, blow dried, and styled with heat. 

How long will virgin hair last? 

With proper care, our hair extension will last up to two years. 

How do I care for my virgin hair extentions? 

Before installation we recommend that you lightly wash your hair with a sulfate free shampoo. Deep condition for 24 hours (silicon mix works great as an deep conditioner) store hair in a ziplock bag or plastic shower cap.

Once hair is rinsed well lightly moisturize the hair and allow it to air dry. We love Chi keratin mist as a leave in treatment.

Always use a wig brush to brush your virgin hair extentions stay away from small combs. Covering your hair at night is highly recommend use a satin scarf, bonnet or pillow case.

How many bundles do I need? 
We recommend that you purchase 3 bundles if your installing hair 16-24 inches 24-32 inches we recommend that you use 4 bundles for fullness.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipment to arrive. Order in advance to ensure that you receive your package on time. Due to Covid-19 shipping is taking longer than usual. Please allow a extra week for shipping!

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen package make sure you are available on the day of delivery. We will not replace packages. 

How to care for hair when getting in pools or hot tube? 

Braid or put hair in a bun while in any chlorine. Wash twice and follow normal hair care instructions above.
